Here's some of what I can gather.
-50 got in
-2+ pages of emails at xx:00:00 mark
-Bro uses Outlook which means at least 30 emails per page (I counted on my phone on the PC site not mobile)
So with 2+ pages at exactly the 0s mark, that means that the only people who got in (so far on existing stock) would be those whos emails arrived at Bros inbox at exactly xx:00:00. This also means that there are plenty of people who did hit that same mark who also won't be getting in (on current stock).
What if, theoretically, everyone who submitted at the xx:00:00 mark all asked for exactly the same keys. Only the first ten or twenty of those people would actually end up getting their caps, and he would go down the line to find people who asked for unclaimed caps. So if no one asked for a given cap until a few seconds later, those people who sent the email later would still claim that cap.
Right? I don't think we can draw too many conclusions yet.
