Some crosshair novelties might be cool. And/or bullet novelties: single bullet for semi-auto, two for burst, three for full-auto. Speaking of which, other gun-related novelties like SAFETY or SAFETY ON/OFF might be nice, as well. Just some ideas. Of course, these ideas might look too childish and we don't want that.

Yes. As it stands, I was planning to mix and match some PMK DSA PBT caps in various shades (GQN, GEC, WAN) for exactly that purpose, even though I'm not all that fond of DSA, because the colorways just make sense to me. But to my eye, this is coming from the same place - and GMK would be far preferable. Love it. I'm in.

What I think needs to be changed.
The tan color is amazing that is about the only amazing thing about this keyset.
Once again just my opinion but think the mods need to be another color. That way they break up the set a bit perhaps https://www.colorhexa.com/4b5320.png which is Simple OD Green.
Then instead of using white legends go black. There nothing tactical about white.
I am also going to suggest if you want to keep the sand tones then go with varying sand colors.
I am assuming you got your inspiration from firearms that have been done in Tan colors. Those work because of the varying textures, this just falls flat.
Hope you don't take my feedback as offensive. I am just being honest with out a bunch of sugar coating.

That's exactly what I wanted: Generic and monotone. I think it contrasts well with the rest of my projects.
I prefer white alphas, they are more subtle, if I wanted black legends I'd have gone with dyesub PBT and I like more the white accent than a dark one, I tested both prior to posting the set. That being said, people have suggested a couple ideas for an accent kit so I might have to include one.
Trying to emulate camouflage patterns with varying tones won't be as nice and clean as a monotone set. I'll test some darker modifiers, but just so people could see them. Ideally I want the set to be just one shade.

That's a good description of what I want with the set. Obviously, I'll have to be careful when sampling the colors to guarantee that legends are readable.

The set looks pretty good, the white legends reminds me of the old Desert Battle Dress uniform that the US used from the 80's- mid 90's. I think a light brown accent key in place of the current white offerings to really emulate that pattern would make the set just a bit better IMO. Regardless, at this point I'd consider picking up a set if the price was reasonable.
Maybe for the novelties we could have a couple extra accent keys and just one novelty.

I love your monotone theme, and these colors specifically. It also inspires a hunger for modern desert camo, which might make for an interesting set down the road. Especially if dyesub doubleshot caps are possible. Something like this:

Inspired by many cerakoted keyboards. Here is, GMK Tactical Oblotzky.
Someone suggested the ohter day that this keyset could be run at least once. So I figured why no, maybe there's enough interest to warrant a run.
Tactical Oblotzky, as I call it, will have a very different kit structure than GMK Striker. Below you will find the current version of them, these are almost finalized, and thus still open for discussion and improvement.

Just go with rust. It's got everything you'll need for at least 90% of the boards on the market. You could also go with Operation Darling, but you'll be screwed down the road for compatibility just to save a few dollars.

Would it be a possibility to change the one that is included to the alpha color, of course if other ISO users would like that too? To be honest, I‘m not sure if I‘d actually want it to change because the more I look at the renders with the accent the more I like it..
But yeah, maybe people would like that..

It is meant to be used by Ergo layouts and split spacebars. There are a bunch of forties with 2.25 and 2.75 spacebars out there. Some even have 2x 2.25 spacebars.

I really like the innovating you've been doing lately with regards to how you design the kits to reduce the cost of the base kit and overall cost to the end user for layouts like 40's.I dont think that many people want this set. Splitting numpad only starts to work with 500 base kits.
