In for one of the premium dark gray/black color combo. Any recommendation for additional plate? Can't make up my mind. The kit comes with PC as default, right? Which is already my preferred setup so might leave it as is and save the $.

Hi, Friends,
I'm John from Velocifire, did you download the software: bubble 75.json for showing up in VIA? We provide the download link on google drive.
What's more, if it still doesn't work after using bubble 75.json, please contact us on discord for more help, thank you!

Reflash of the .hex and adding the .json file to via helped. Thanks, cheers!

How did you get the keyboard into bootloader mode so it can be flashed?

I tried the following:
- Button on PCB. Pressing it before plugging in does nothing.  Pressing it while plugged in does nothing. Pressing it and holding it while plugging it in prevents the LEDs from lighting up, but otherwise does nothing.
- Tried ESC and FN+ESC like the flashing document says on the shared folder (while turning on and while on), and nothing.

Either it was FN+ESC or FN+Backspace. I also had to switch to a direct connection from the keyboard to my Macbook (not via the docking hub). I had troubles with the front ports of my Windows PC, so this was quicker than fiddling at the back of my PC.

But check first if it is enough to simply load the "design" file to via. Apparently, the keyboard is not in there by standard and with the file you can tell VIA the layout of the PCB and it might work without you needing to flash it.

Thanks for the heads up.  I tried the json initially.  I have tried many of the things you mentioned, and am now working with support.  I haven't tried a USB port on the back of the computer yet, though, so I guess I will try that now! (I did move from a hub to the front of the computer).
