I got like 5 J, trading them for more physical loving.
Pm for sexy time ;)

Hmmm physical loving by analord#1790? 4grabs is the gift that keeps on giving.  :))

Loving for you, loving for you....loving for everyone! :D

Hey! Anyone else as curious as me to know who was the very first person to get into the sale? Come on CC, ask that person is it's ok and reveal the king of 4/20!
Do divulge!!

I barely got g (the lowest item in list).
sunddenly, i think..tried and time to quit the keyboarding...

congratulation winners.

So you got in, were luckier than most because of this and so your going to quit 'keyboarding' ?

I wondered the same. I'd be happy for just one Clack and you want to quit keyboarding because you got one  :-X

Send at Zero on the countdown and cross your fingers. That's all there is to it. Or risk all and send a second early although there is no real evidence that this will improve your chances.

Well the only sensible option is to sell everything you have as quickly as possible. I don't think there is any other option really...

In fact I think you should sell every keyboard you have, just incase you get reminded about it again.

Can you be disqualified for a :59 send, :00 receive? There's no way to even tell, is there?

I got J and P. I really like them, though I would have liked just 1 or 2 more in brown or purple since with 3 of them, there is so much more you can do with them as a set on a keyboard. Maybe I will get a chance to purchase an additional brown or purple, but then again, I decided against paying much more than retail for a resale since it is a geekhack tradition I do not want to support.

Leesofi, do not be disheartened. I understand, but in the end they are just a fun, cool little thing to put on the keyboard. This board would almost make you think they are more than that, but take a step back and realize that really they are not.

No, you won't be disqualified. However, e-mails that reach his inbox before the countdown timer will not count. You can use whatever strategy you want to get that email in on the dot as long as you aren't sending multiple emails as that is not aloud. If you accidentally hit send while setting up your list or something like that beforehand, you can send it again at the proper time as accidents do happen. But if you try to game the system and send two emails back to back relatively close to one another say from two separate windows or computers and try to pass it off as an accident, you're just asking for disqualification AND blacklisting. All of this is in clacks rules/guidelines post in his 4grabs thread.

No.  Just post in the Clack Therapy thread.  You are one of us now.

On a related subject, why is the Clack Info Thread locked?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Good catch. I only read the email and the green sale post (my fault). I would guess fees are included then.

It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

Did you seriously get both?

Yep, Q M K L.  Sadly no Miz Kite, but I did manage to get these seriously wicked 420s.  :)

;)

The only reason I own an arrow and wasd mint gum cluster is becasue he made more... before that (and when I joined) only the 'cool kids' had them and wouldn't part with them for less than $400 or something silly (I don't remember the exact pricing but it was crazy and well out of my league)
