From my experience, the Cherry should be just under 2 Kg with packaging. That would make shipping 36,10 €. I'm not 100% sure, but almost.

If you're talking about the IBM one, that would be over 2 Kg and I don't think it would be interesting for you unless you're a French expatriate that misses his AZERTY layout so much.
