Love the effort behind this set, but come on... another blue set? This isn't more-so directed to you OP, as the effort behind this is obviously there, and there is thought behind it, but I am sick of the constant IC posts themed after Shoko. Its just too much at this point. People gotta tone it down a little with these constant baby blue themed keyset posts. Its like every other week another one pops up.

Besides my usual complaints about keycap omissions on the base kit, I'll take the unusual step of commenting on a couple of the novelties.
As a Spaniard, I am legally required to like the "Plus Ultra" motto, but... I think it doesn't look good in the (renders of the) keycaps; I'm not sure that font works at all (even with some other word or phrase). And that, mixed with the crosses of Burgundy and the God-I-hope-those-aren't-stylized-eagles... gives me a VERY weird vibe (at least to me, as I don't know the source Animé/manga but I DO know what those symbols mean elsewhere).

It could be done if that drawing is tweaked a bit (namely the outlines between the strokes need to be made thicker).

I believe RAL 5018 is more green than the color in the new renders. So it may just be the new pictures. You might want to double check.

Take a look at what they did with Shoko...
In short:
They randomly started a R2 run without ever talking to the designer.
That alone would already be a kinda **** move.
But the biggest thing about this is that they did this while the designer was preparing a new round himself with new novelties and new kits.
They practically killed the real Shoko R2 run.
Kono just doesn't give a single flying **** about this community or copyright of designs. They are just interested in your money.

Is the 40s kit trying to also be a spacebars kit? As a 40s user, there are zero 40s layouts/boards (that I know of) which use a 6u spacebar. Further, since there aren’t any 6u spacebars in the base kit, layouts which use a 6u spacebar would need to pick up the 40s kit for just a spacebar. In my opinion, move the 6u spacebars to the base kit and drop them from the 40s kit.
I realize that putting 6u spacebars into the 40s kit could also be a mechanism to try and sell more 40s kits so they hit MOQ, but I doubt you’ll get many 6u spacebar users to pay the 40s premium (assuming the 40s kit will be in the $45-$55 USD range) for just a spacebar.
Just my two cents on the kitting choices. Love the teal color choice btw!

Hey everyone! As deku is coming closely to a gb I finalized the kits and won’t do anything major to it. I added support for some 40% layouts in the 40s kit and as well added a spacebar kit. The accent spacebar from the base kit were removed and added into the spacebar kit. We will most likely get a e-white and a more cream e-white. A bit unsure about the green - it’s not a very popular case color :) white case will look great with Deku I think
This might be a dumb question but I've never bought a keycap kit. Will the Rama keycap be available in those vendors or do I have to get it from the Rama store once it's out?
Super late to the game but this set just seems like a total mess to me. The color used for the alphas isn't a color that shows up on Izuku anywhere. The desk mat is closer but then the alphas blatantly obviously do not match that color, which already does not match Izuku's outfit.

I have taken a cruel decision to take out the current deskmat design from the gb. It’s better for everyone so the set shouldn’t have problems at all. I’m very sorry for those who wanted it. There Is a slight chance of getting a different deskmat design during the gb. Again I’m very sorry.
