 :(   Yes.

For GA shows, I typically don't stand in the front.  For assigned seating shows, I sit wherever my ticket is.  I go to a lot of classic rock shows where the audience sits, so thankfully that's not an issue a lot.  And the newer shows are typically GA, so as I said I'm not being obnoxious.  (split on shows is ~50/50 standing/sitting)

I did go to one show where the audience was terrible and shaming me for being tall, that was not a good day.

Yeah.  It's a school and 2:30 was the only time slot I could get.  Then expect it to take 2-3 hours to be done.  I know they tend to do a good job and are cheap, so it's that or spending $50 on a cut elsewhere and praying it's good.

And I thought the jump from paying $10 at the barbershop to $20 at sportsclips was bad.

Today I had some excellent fish tacos at a caribbean themed restaurant then did some Christmas shopping and came back to reality after our mini-getaway.

Wasting no time at all! I like it!   It's probably nice to get as much out of the way now, so you can avoid all the craziness as the holidays approach.

Put lubed blacks with clear springs in my Rosewill with DSA PBT blanks.  Feels great.  Aside from 2 partially lifted pads (still in place just not glued to the PCB) it was a perfect desolder job.  Finished the last pad, picked up on the PCB and plate with switches stayed on the table.

wise. people behind you have the right to see the show!
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I don't do Halloween, normally, but my friend in Germany has arranged it. The theme  is Rocky Horror and I've been decided as 'Brad' so a suit, bow tie and cumberbund lol

Haha, I declared war on Windows many years ago and never looked back.  :P

Sorry you had to deal with that crap. I hate having to troubleshoot that stuff.  :(

I use Windows, Mac OS, CentOS, Debian, Arch Linux, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, Cisco IOS, MikroTik RouterOS, Oracle crap "**** ORACLE", and some proprietary stuff, all for work.
Just letting you know they all suck in there own way. At-least all the Novell Netware **** is gone.
