unless they have some unforeseeable downside (like they're actually made of cream cheese cunningly disguised as ABS)

Had this problem before as well.  The tracking only updates after 2 weeks time.

You don't get any information after that point unless you have paid extra for full tracking.

Not sure if I paid full tracking before or not. But there's several times the tracking doesn't update then after a week or 2 then only it updates and few days later reach. There's also time when the tracking update time to time without the need to wait for a week or two. Don't really know the reason behind it though. Maybe I paid for full tracking without knowing or wtv reason it might be.

I see this with shipping to Australia, too.  A package will arrive at a depot smoewhere in the US, then that's it - no more updates for a couple of weeks untli the package suddenly arrives at home.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
