PWade3 Productions presents:
DSS CMYPWade

"CMYPWade" is a name that's been in my head for a long time. I first fell in love with the combo of cyan, magenta, yellow, and purple with Omniclectic's CMYKeydelic sale. That love (and my CMYP collection) grew and I was eventually honored with the CMYPWade III Grimace by GAF. It's a name I've wanted to turn into a keyset ever since and finally, inspiration struck. I'm proud to unveil DSS CMYPWade and by extension: the official launch of PWade3 Productions. As some of you may know, I've been designing keysets since 2018 with the launch of GMK Taro. I've been kicking around the idea of launching my own shop for a while and this felt like the perfect set to do it.

On with the show...

Kits

A large base kit featuring support for: TKL, 65%, 60%, basic 40%, ISO, and more!

I've also included a set of accent F-keys and arrows for those who want a little bit of pop and neutral alternates for those who want a slightly more subdued look.

An accent kit that emphasizes the chosen color of each row for that extra bit of pop.

A more "classic" modifier kit, one that both works with DSS CMYPWade but is also intended to share the love of CMYP with other sets such as DSS White on Black.

Need to fill out a fullsize, 1800 or just a standalone numpad? This is the kit for you.

Got a layout that requires some more niche spacebars? This will get you where you need to be.

I was already being pretty self-serving with the PWade novelty, so I didn't really want to go overboard with offering multiple haha.

SP doesn't really have a good option for 10u with DSS as far as I'm aware, it'd have to be DCS I think.

i may be in the minority, but it feels weird for me to buy the set when it's named after and themed after a real person i don't know. it reminds me of this: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=111899.0 in a scene where it's common for people make sets to idolize 2d girls, this feels like the set is making yourself into some sort of idol or figure to be simped for. at least with SA bisoromi, the character at hand is at least an animal crossing villager which doesn't feel as direct. but regardless that is just my hot take, good luck with IC...

If you read the introduction to the set, the name was christened by a fellow hobbyist and not Pwade himself. In the artisan world, this colorway (CMYP) has been jokingly renamed in many cases now to CMYPwade. Not for ego, just for lore and hobbyist fun.

The base kit is missing R3 PgUp, R4 PgDn for 65% support, while at the same time including a lot less common/useful keys like 2u, 1u Shift and 1.75u Enter. Please fix that.

Black keysets aren't my thing, nor multicolored legends, and I have no experience with DSS whatsoever. But I really like that novelty of your face. would buy for that alone.
