Help finding a keycap set?
« on: Wed, 18 June 2014, 09:35:52 »
So I am looking for a full keycap set based on the one in the link below:

http://www.qwerkeys.co.uk/shop/sets/function-pack-white/

http://www.qwerkeys.co.uk/shop/sets/qwer-1234-gamer-pack-white/

I have only managed to find this type of keycap in the above links. Wondering if anyone has seen this type of keycap for sale for more than just FN keys or the QWER 1234 keys.

I was wondering if anyone has managed to see this as a full set for sale?

As far as I know, there hasn't been a full set like this made.

Nice avatar and welcome to Geekhack! I used that avatar for over a year and am taking a quick break from it...

CPT is right, no full set like that has been made

This is breaking my heart, I had my heart set on a full set like that (specifically the white sides with the black top).

I have been a lurker for quite a while but after excessive searching I was hoping that you guys might have some holy grail link that I have been unable to find.

Thanks for the help anyway!

Welcome to GH. And as the others said, I regret to report that I have not seen anything like that but the links you have referred.

I suggest you to consider the other options available, like the nice Dolch replica now in process to be made by GMK, which is a high quality manufacturer. Also the PBT set by IMSTO.

If I remember correctly that style of keycap only has 1 row profile and a limited number of keysizes, so there is a good reason why there is no full set in that style. They don't have all the necessary key sizes to do a full set even in flat key profile.
