Need help to design a PCB

I want to make a simple Pok3r style PCB. I have very little knowledge inside PCB design and I was wondering if someone do design after your requirements? (Paid)

Simple style. No time frame. Want to make a simple PCB easier and cheaper to get.

Why do you want a newly designed one, instead of just ordering something that already exists?

Like NerD 60 Ver2.0 PCB
Or one of the GH60 PCB "clones" (or just order your own from the GH60 design files)?
Or wait for samwisekoi's SD-60?

It's not that hard to lay out a Poker compatible 60% PCB, I have one layout already, but didn't produce it because it's not much different to the existing (or soon to exist) ones, and i doubt enough people would want it due to the other options I listed.

• How many PCB's do you want?
• Through hole-only board or SMD components are acceptable?
• Do you want to use a Teensy or can a microcontroller be embedded to the board, like the GH60?

I have a design which is ready (as a matter of fact, DHL will deliver my prototypes today) and another one in the making, which will add compatibility to many options available out there. If assembly isn't required we can get 5 PCB's for less then $100 at some fab houses.

Someone uploaded these Gerber files to OSHPark. 3 boards will cost something like $250, IIRC.

OSH park is always expensive, I used them for my 42%. I'd stay away from them for anything above 40% a full size board would be $150ish for a PCB.

Someone uploaded these Gerber files to OSHPark. 3 boards will cost something like $250, IIRC.

I had a batch of 3 made by OSHPark, and they didn't work at all. There were traces missing, that were definitely in the Gerbers. And they won't drill overlapping holes at all, so they just arbitrarily decide which holes to drill. DON'T GET GH60 PCBS MADE BY OSHPARK!

I have always used PCBWing for my PCB fabbing needs.
