Question about Topre sliders when lubing
« on: Wed, 26 August 2020, 21:35:54 »
When lubing Topre there is a step where the sliders need to be popped out by pressing on them firmly. When I do that, I get tiny black pieces of plastic flying around, which means that popping out the sliders actually breaks them. I am able to pop them back in and have them stay in place, so it’s not too bad, but I’m wondering if I’m doing it wrong. Is there a way to pop the sliders out without breaking them?
