I would like to introduce everyone GMK Power Chord

About

This set was inspired by two of my interests, HKS and Raise A Suilen. HKS is a Japanese tuning company that focuses on producing aftermarket car parts that improve the performance of your car. Raise A Suilen is also from the series BanG Dream! If you know GMK Devoted, you already know. The color scheme is based on both HKS' and RAS' color schemes. The colors have been matched physically with a RAL book with official merch.

References and Colors Chosen

Colors: CR, RAL 180 60 50, RAL 300 50 40, RO2, MG1, WS1
The main colors are Green and Purple. The purple is lighter than GMK DY to improve readability.
The red is for the essential icons that show up on your car's dashboard. MG1 is for the pink stripes found in all HKS livery.

The kits are designed to fit most 60, 65, 70, 75, TKL, 96, 1800, Full-size keyboards in ANSI, tsangan/WKL, ISO, HHKB, Alice, basic 40s and more.

Maybe do a r/mk post with one of the closer-up render shots, or the THOK? Seems the last time you posted the THOK was in September, so there might be people interested who aren’t aware the GB is currently running. Renders of a board on a desk/deskmat might also help (white void isn’t visually interesting).

I very much respect you for posting sales numbers despite not looking too good.
Many GB runners will just ignore their own thread if the numbers aren't too hot.

I feel the concept was very interesting with the two themes, some interesting colors and pretty cool and unique metal artisan collabs.
But maybe the inspirations were a bit too niche for running 2 base kits, on top of a lot of people being a bit less inclined to join GMK sets atm due to the insane wait time and December not being the best month to run GB's.

You clearly put a lot of efforts into this, and I hope the numbers pick up or something can be done to save the set even if it means cutting the Latin base kit for example.

yeah I have interest but time of year is just not good for sinking $300+ into another GMK set to get everything I'd want, it'd probably do better relaunched at a different time of year with different options. it pulls in two different directions so is hard to commit to especially seeing it isn't getting traction, but I appreciate the numbers being updated

Ironically I thought combining two themes into one would've boosted sales but I'm hoping a pick up after the holidays. I'm hoping the slow sales is just turbo lag...

Due to low sales, everything will be refunded to all buyers. Sad this see this fail. The number were about double from the last update if anyone was curious.
I do plan on doing a rerun sometime this year at a better time.

Have you thought about using a different manufacturer?

The only reason i didn’t go in on this set is because the wait from from GMK is just ridiculous.

However. DMK and MW keys offer quicker turn around with about the same level of detail and quality. Believe they have lower MOQ too.

I really like this set and hope it’s ran again in the future.

Sad to see this fail to meet MOQ, because I love the colors and concepts. However, I would really like to see this in a spherical profile, but I realize I am possibly part of a minority. Anything cylindrical I don't really go for anymore.
