Hi. I've got a logitech g502 and i really love it but I wondered- sould i upgrade to a 600 or stay with the g502? I have not done much studying, but I know the g600 does not support weights like the g502. cant decide :-\

Unless you are super into MMOs, I would buy G502.
I love that mouse!
-
Another +1 for the 502

Neither, get an Intellimouse 3.0!

People gotta stop with the WMOs..
It's just too hard to use it in today's apps and games.
dpi is just too low.

LONG LIVE THE WMO!! =D
You only have to turn the cursor speed up a few notches on a 1920x1200 res, I dunno, works fine for me. dpi and polling rates are overrated! Holla at me TP!

IE3.0 for life. But seriously, 400dpi @ 125hz is perfectly usable. And I have 3 30" monitors to navigate.

The G600 is definitely not an upgrade to the g502. The G502 is probably Logitech's highest-end wired mouse. The G600 is an MMO mouse with a numpad on the side. If you need that, then by all means go for it. But as far as mousing goes, the G502 is top-notch.

I've had this on my wishlist on amazon for a while now. Is there a major difference between the "Core" and the "Spectrum" as far as reliability and durability? It seems coming from the keyboard world as soon as a company adds RGB lighting their quality ****s the bed.

I have the Core, don't really care much for lighting so I skipped the spectrum. But the Core is solid

AFAIK the sensor and pretty much everything other than the colour of the light is exactly the same between the Core and Spectrum, I'd recommend saving a few quid and buying the Core unless you absolutely must have your mouse light up like a Christmmas tree

+1 for 502 great mouse!
-
g502 vs g600, I would choose g502. But if you can spend more, go for g900. It's so much different.
-
g900, never look back.

I'll be honest, I have a lot of gaming mice, and don't really like ambidextrous mice all that much.
But dat G900 doe.... it's calling me

Did you notice any differences when switching between wire and wireless on G900?

It's hard to tell but I say "yes" (just my feeling). There is a video on Youtube about wire and wireless mode on G900.

So i pulled the trigger and picked up the "core" for $54 on amazon. Its a great mouse, feels longer than what you're normal mice are. I was hoping the scroll wheel would have the older style "lock" and auto free spin function but its manually switched between them. The freespin is good but the wheel needs a bit of balancing because its almost too smooth and it will roll back/forward on you when you take your figure up. The "course" scroll is crazy - like a washboard lol. Anyway, all in all I'm happy with it. Performs well, software is working well although i haven't tested the macro tool.

Ergopwn 9000

G502 here as well. I really like it aside from finding the cord to be a bit stiff.
-
I feel like the 502 is all around fantastic except the wheel needs to be a little tighter and balanced. Time to bust out the screwdriver and drill and get to the modding already !

Just because I'm super, super picky about mice, I can feel a difference. But it's waaaaay smaller of a difference than any wireless mouse I've ever used. It's completely usable for gaming, unless you're an actual professional gamer making a living at e-sports or some ****. But for 99.99% of gamers out there, you're not going to notice a difference in game.

I'm considering a g403 wireless to cut open and splice into another ergopwn9000

I like the G402 because it's lighter than the G502.

That's a great idea. For the short time that I had a wireless G403, it felt exactly like the G900
