There's some items on Yahoo Japan (not keyboards) that I'd like to buy. They're heavy items, shipping may be as much as 21 kg each (but the item itself is in the 14 kg area. Yeah, IBM figured out how to put a lot of packaging material on these, I think.)

Price will be in the 10-40k yen area each, and I'm interested in purchasing multiples.

Anyone interested in helping, or know of a good service for this?

Probably not the best, but I've used RinkYa: http://www.rinkya.com/
They do Yahoo JP Auction bidding, item holding (to bulk shipments if you order items later), and ordering from other sites like Amazon.co.jp as well.

There's also Tenso: http://www.tenso.com/?lang=en
It's cheaper but works differently and might be a little more complicated. Basically you have to make an account and order the item as you normally would for the shopping site, but at checkout you provide an address in Japan that Tenso provides to you at no cost. They only charge you for the item (and its shipping to your Japanese address) and shipping & handling to your desired shipping location.
