Google is a good place to start. You can find it at www.google.com (https://www.google.com/).

I just wrote your question in there and found these resources:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jjQghqjGP6BasZt4i0zTmK4p-gN_3IRhIAm2-CPE0kE/edit

https://drop.com/talk/475/what-goes-into-creating-a-custom-keycap-set

https://www.modmusings.com/blog/how-to-design-your-own-keycap-set

Also this subforum isn't the correct place to ask questions like this. The Keyboard Keycaps subforum (https://geekhack.org/index.php?board=80.0) is a better place to ask simple questions about keycaps. Interest Checks are more for finished product announcements. When you have a design, know which manufacturer will make it, kitting, quotes and stuff like that you can come back here and present your idea.
