Quote from: p_blaze on Wed, 21 February 2018, 00:10:32Any updates?Sorry guys, no solid update from EVE due to their schedule to fulfill the Miras and Moons first and then came the CNY holidays. Will definitely get back to you once we have some update materials.
Any updates?
This board will also be using a new pcb by EVE with driver support.
Unsure if this GB will still be ongoing or not for non-China peeps. Checked zfrontier website, and the Meteor was limited to 100 sets and only distributed in China. The GB in China ended on 24 Dec 17.

This IC is for the international crowd and is currently pushed back until the Chinese GB is complete.

I will upload the layout support in OP Forgive the likely newb question, but what difference does it make NOT having a dedicated arrow cluster, yet the layout still supports it? Any drawbacks/advantages? Thanks.I suspect the comparison is to traditional 75% boards. Realistically this is more 70% since it drops the row on the right. On a standard 75%, there is 1 more row which gives room for a dedicated arrow cluster while maintaining relatively normal layouts. This board doesn't have that extra row, so you would instead have to use a 60% arrow layout and do some more unusual things (such as ?/ to the right of shift and up). Still dedicated arrows though. I think his wording is just confusing.Sorry for the confusion.By saying dedicated arrow cluster, I mean that this board does not have an default or stand-alone area for arrow keys like a 65%, 75%(84), or even 80% do. However, Meteor does support arrow cluster by altering from a normal 60% layout Here is the solution:a. keep the 2.25u left shift and move the ?/ to far righta. is shown in the render below (Attachment Link)

I'm in for this. Will there be a limit?
How will color combos/customization be handled?
How does programming work on this? Will there be QMK support?
Bit confused. Thought we were going to be able to mix and match the colours. At the very least I remember seeing a picture of a black on black case in this thread, but it doesn't seem like that's an option.
Is it possible to not have the "Meteor" and "designed by EVE crew" engravings on either the aluminium insert or the brass weight (as stated on zfontier)? I feel that they conflict with the case's minimalist design.
So the color combo in the first picture with the Carbon set isn't actually available? That's the one I want.

That's the one I want. It's the Gold Ink one, the Gold is very saturated, so looking orange-ish in darker light settings. And much brighter and more yellowish when fully lit.
