Thank you!. I hope it's around that as well. I should have some numbers in a couple days. This is the first 2-part, non-tray mount case I've had made and a new manufacturer so I really have no idea what to expect.


** EDIT ** I got some preliminary pricing back and it definitely will not be $200 or less. A fair bit more. Not ready to share numbers yet as I don't have all the pieces in place.

I am wondering that could the USB port in center (position of old 3 leds) will be better (more comfortable) than on the left corner ?
And also if the 3 leds are in the middle will be easier to see when typing, it is more modern when stay in upper right corner but it harder to see I think.
Anyway, it is a very interesting project :)

Anyway, it is a very interesting project :)
I thought about it, but I felt it wasn't quite right since if I centered it with the case, the port would be offset from the split in keys. Same goes if I centered the port with the spit.

That’s great! Haha, gonna be a tough few months for the wallet with Bentō, Jamón and then this right after! But at least this seems far enough away to make sure there’s room for it in the budget :)

Keep up the awesome work, so excited to combine two of my favorite things: ergo and 40%! :D

afraid not. the switch plate and case are integrated and milled from a single chunk of aluminum.
