Hi guys, I知 Jinnnxxu. I want to introduce the Giant switches to you guys, they are my favorite Gateron switch.

The Giant Switches are customized switches made by Gateron and were already sold about 50k+ pcs in China.
The initial CN GB offered milky version and blue version. I plan to open this international GB for the milky version.






Key Features:

-Giant Milky version only.
-50g actuation 62g bottom, Stainless steel spring
-Linear, Close to Tealios(lighter than Tealios, super smooth after lubing)
-Design by 胖虎
-GB time: Sep 15- Sep 22 No limit.
-Price: $ 0.45 usd/pcs. Only sale for bundle: 200 400 600 800 1000
-Shipping cost: TBD
-After the end of the GB, the order will be placed for the production of Gateron, and they will be delivered one month after

They are TBH, Tealios I think are a bit different because of the materials used for the Zeal housings. Other than though they are pretty much the same switches with different springs & different colored parts. Which there is nothing wrong with IMHO, but if you already have a board with Inks, Linjars, etc. these won't offer you anything new other than the stem color.

Apart from the stem color and 62g bottom out as opposed to gateron yellow's 60g bottom out, is there anything that makes these better than gat yellow in milky housings?

Oh I have these on my current board. Still haven't gone around lubing them. I might have gotten an inconsistent batch though, some switches were a tad scratchy.

The textured housing can be felt if not lubed, which is.. different (not exactly scratchy). They sound excellent.

They're definitely not as smooth as Tealios or Inks. Out of 90, 4 of mine are extremely scratchy to a point that lube can't fix them. The others are very nice with 205g0 and I would still buy more despite the oddball few. These have a very nice sound profile. Kinda muted and bassy.

They are not exactly the same. Comparing the price and feeling, I think Giant is my favorite one.

PS: I didn't look at this thread for weeks because I assumed it was an IC for another (literally) giant switch like those sold by Novelkeys in the past (and present). I doubt that I was the only one who overlooked this thread for that reason. And I suggest you change the title to avoid this issue.
