Thank you. Since those pictures, I've painted the logo on the video card red and white, added a custom vinyl sticker to it of it's name, and I had someone make me a custom sticker for the PSU, but I haven't gotten around to printing it out and putting it on.

Just managed to dig up a photo of one of my old custom cases from my pre- mech days. Since then I've changed case to a silverstone PS07 and ditched my storage drive for a single 128GB SSD. I'll get some now photos soon.

I have way too many. Here are some of them.

Is this some sort of Bitcoin-mining build?  At first, I thought "So many GPUs" but it looks like the ribbon cables only attach them at like x1 or x4 width.

My config is pretty sedate by your standards...

2500K at stock, CM Hyper 212 on top
MSI P67A-G45
16Gb Corsair DDR3-1600
1Gb 6870, Arctic Cooling Twin Turbo on it, driving a Yamasaki 27" monitor
120G OCZ Vertex 3 SSD, 1Tb Samsung F1 HDD
Two Samsung 20X DVD burners
Hauppauge 1250 TV tuner
Antec P280 chassis stock.  I need to do something to it. :)

Caselabs? Geez, more expensive that Lian Li's! But I bet the options and customizations you can do to that case is endless. All these builds make my build look empty and dry. Maybe I'll post it after I get it sleeved, wet, and added a few more big blocks of GPU goodness.

Or I'll just post the computer my roommate and I have been building for him. its much easier on the eyes.  :p

Ya it's pricy but you are right about the customization. It's completely modular and only limited by how crazy you want to get. I'll pretty much never need another case ever again. An added bonus is if I get kicked out for spending too much money on toys then I can probably live in the case temporarily. It's huge!

Just noticed the desk and monitor you have there. The scale of that case compared to those. It looks like it could house you and a couple pets when you get lonely if you get kicked out.
Those components must run cool considering you probably have another rad on the backside of the case too.

You can add more than 2 cards in a crossfire configuration, so you would need another bridge to add the 3rd/4th/etc cards in.

Fun fact: Some people have tried to hook up 2 bridges with just 2 cards and benchmarks show that it actually slows things down!

Basically: Number of bridges = number of cards -1

The welcome new members thread even apologises for the eventual state of your wallet.  Who knew that keyboards comprise so many facets, and can be so expensive?

Can anyone reccomend a mid tower case with a lot of room to run cabling BEHIND the mobo? I currently have a CM HAF 922 and would say the head room for cabling is average at best.

I have a Corsair 600T that does a pretty nice job of hiding the cables. Overall a pretty nice case.

The Antec P280, and likely it's cousin, the Eleven Hundred, have more space than most.  They scrape the small end of full tower though.

The Antec P280, and likely it's cousin, the Eleven Hundred, have more space than most.  They scrape the small end of full tower though.

Who needs space? I would have kept my FT02 if I did.

Well I refuse to use noisy internal mechanical drives and I keep all of my static data on a server/nas setup. It's only running at 4.2 (undervolted 3570K), temps are great, and none of the wires are blocking airflow. Then again, it really wouldn't matter if there were a few in the way due to positive pressure. The third photo is from the board I was using before the Asrock (Asus P8H67-I Deluxe), but you get the idea.

my friend just built a itx setup. I'll post pictures on here sometime! I guess going smaller and more badass is the trend now, just like the keyboards.

I like this thread already, i apologise in advance for the quality of my photos:

i7 3820
Asus P9X79 Pro
GTX 580 SOC
16GB Corsair Dominator
H100
NZXT Switch Gun Metal

(First few photos have my old HD6970 in)

Curious, how do you like the corsair Air series fans?

Been thinking of replacing my stock fans on my 500r with some of those. Quite pricey though. But better than noctuas I suppose. :p

Just completed my first ever build yesterday and finished installing software today :) I've been suffering on a Dell Inspiron 530 for 6 years, so it's a huge upgrade for me and I'm really proud of it.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4
RAM: G.Skill Ares 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
SSD: Samsung 840 120GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB
Graphics: MSI GTX 660
Power: Corsair TX650W
Case: NZXT Phantom 410 (Black)

Let me know what you guys think of the parts :) I'll try to get some pics up soon!

My signature hasn't changed since 2012. I should really update it.
