When will they go up for sale on the store?  I messed around and forgot to order  :(

very soon, i have also just cancelled someones gb order so i have a few more extras as well now

Do I have to wait for extras to become available in the store or is it possible to jump on a cancelled order now? I'd like to pick up a white on black set.

I'll possibly be selling my white on black set after they come in. If you haven't found one. I'll hit you up.

I'll keep that in mind, thanks.

I'd also be interested in grabbing a set of white/purple extras. How many additional sets will be up for grabs?  I'd imagine demand is pretty high with the low cost and pictures coming through.

yeah i didnt mean for it to come out that way

i just feel people are very overly critical about everything right now, and perhaps we shouldnt be critical of things before we have even seen them in person

to be clear

there are some very slight errors here and there that will be fixed and improved upon for future buys

making something like this from scratch is a huge task, and whenever you change something in the moulds, it has a knock on ripple effect where itll change something else, and its about finding a balance

so there will be some fair critiques to be made, but reserve judgement until you see what has been accomplished at this price point

At the moment everyone's probably reeling from the GMK Triumph Adler debacle, this from a very long established and very well respected keycap manufacturer.

JT Keycaps, being new, is naturally unknown.

But given that our BunnyLake is involved, and given the trouble that JTK has gone to to ensure that this GB produces the highest quality keycaps, I don't think there will be any worries about JTK's products.

Just as long as they are not shipped in secondhand GMK trays :p
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Guess it's time to buy tickets for that hype train :)

Any approximate dates? Just to make sure I won't blow my cash on something else when the group buy opens.

Now that is a sharp set. Really impressed with the results so far, for a brand new supplier (as an outsider) it seems to have been a really great job. Can't wait to see what else you have planned down the line for more Euro-compatible sets

Unfortunately the new "Euro-compatible sets" will contain mostly Syrian and Iraqi characters (due to popular demand) which I don't think will be useful to either of you.
unless they have some unforeseeable downside (like they're actually made of cream cheese cunningly disguised as ABS)

Now that is a sharp set. Really impressed with the results so far, for a brand new supplier (as an outsider) it seems to have been a really great job. Can't wait to see what else you have planned down the line for more Euro-compatible sets

what the man above me said.

Unfortunately the new "Euro-compatible sets" will contain mostly Syrian and Iraqi characters (due to popular demand) which I don't think will be useful to either of you.

I'm willing to accommodate them as long as my fellow German and French friends are also willing to accommodate them...

Just get my JT Keycap from the Chinese GB and some quick shots. Please in mind the light source is really bad. The keyboard is RS96.

How are you liking them so far?
The overall impression is very positive, the surface of the keys are quite smooth and it feels great. The front is not perfect and the thickness had some variation. The color of the key cap is also quite accurate and the purple is very vivid.

This keycap set was posted on Reddit to gauge interest. They're talking about who they want to produce it. The legends I don't care for, but I've never seen that color combination before. It's great. Maybe it's something for a future JT set.
