We're currently at 230,000 units!
Astounding number, indeed (and I'm betting on it reaching 250.000).
... which begs the post-mortem analysis of kitting: for
KAT sets that are known/expected to be as popular as this, with little trouble of far surpassing the MOQ, should we still be doing the "plain English alphas" + "group of foreign languages kit" thing?
I suspect that it'll be better, again, for
KAT sets known/expected to far surpass their MOQs, to go with as many alpha sets as national layouts will be involved, so instead of the above, go with alpha kits like this: a) English (USA); b) English (UK); c) German; d) Spanish (Spain); e) Spanish (Latin America); f) Iberoamerican; g) Portuguese; h) Italian; i) Norwegian; .......
This would reduce the total amount of keys produced,
the total amount of unused keys and, hopefully, the per kit price to pay.
