This is a remastered version of RE.

(It's a different concept from RE
and I don't re-produce designs of the same layout.never once.
This is my rule and a courtesy to past owners of my keyboard.)

price is a major oof but frankly this is a revamp of arguably one of the most sought after boards of all time so i'm not that peeved by it

i'll probably go for one if i have cash when it runs

if it's made in korea as i suspect, that adds a lot of price as well

You can get a full brass prototype made for 1000 usd at 2 moq. Unless they are using vibranium to make these things, the price is just not justifiable.

Like Puddsy said being made in Korea definitely helps the steeper price. Whether or not that would mean $900 is justifiable is speculation so calling LZ out on it being a cash grab is sort of unnecessary - but so is saying "lol it's fine". To each their own.

I have my own opinion on which one is more likely to be correct but regardless, I'm absolutely not buying a $900+ RE.

I don't think LZ has given any of this as part of an IC for their boards in their 10~ years producing Kustoms.

Idk about this one, in some of the pictures, the anodizing looks like it has some spots. I need to see (and hear) a lot more before I could even consider dropping 900$ on a board
