Are there any 3d keyboard models that are free to use?
« on: Mon, 19 August 2019, 19:22:04 »
I'm very new to this keyboard rendering stuff. I'm not looking to create a new shape, but rather use existing models (60s, 40s, TKL, etc) to display cap ideas on! I have been looking around and found things here and there, but was wondering if there was the good quality that are openly available. I'm guessing they would have to be .stl extensions? Thanks!

Edit: This would probably be through a program like blender

I've uploaded files for one of my older designs in STEP format for you : https://github.com/photekq/TEK-Alpha

I can provide other formats if required, but STEP should work just fine for most purposes.

Anyone can use these for any purpose. Please just credit me as the designer of the case if you post renders anywhere.
