Looks like your images are broken, if you add the extension (.jpg) to the end of the URLs it should fix them. Regardless, congrats on the caps!

I got a JD40 jigsaw. I was hoping to start with the outside edges and leave the sky until last.

Thanks to Bunnylake for this superb kit, to the team for their work putting it all together, and JDCarpe for all his efforts to making it what it is. Cheers folks.

Picked up the GH60 from the post office and put it in a Poker case while I wait for my alu cases to arrive. Unfortunately I've kind of realised I'm not a fan of plate mounted Cherry stabs, they feel super mushy so I might need to try clipping them on my next build.

It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

It's definitely not a model M

It looks a lot like one, though.

http://imgur.com/a/jCqzF

My mom said "I think I had one of those 20 years ago"

Date of birth is 11/26/93.

I was really hoping it would be a model M, but as far as rubber domes go it's pretty good. I'm gonna convert it to USB and use it at school maybe

Nubbinator is 0/1 on great finds for me

I BETTER GET A MODEL M THIS WEEK

I finally won my first Clack from Mr. Clack himself! I'm SO happy to actually support him. Cant believe I actually won! :D

Congrats Dustin!!! I know that feeling too well. You can only pry the two caps I won from Mr CC himself over my dead body!

Thank You Sir! Yeah there is no way I'm ever letting this bad boy go.
Though I luckily got 3 of them! So, I have 2 special people (they know who they are) that I'm sending one.  ;D

I got a couple of things in the mail and collected by hand during the past week.

76420-0

A Dell Inspiron 6000 from work.  The HDD has > 190,000 bad sectors and one hinge is broken.  It's old, but cost me nothing, and apart from the hDD, which can easily be replaced, it works.

And my first attempt after bringing the Reactor Core Green in from outside where it was sunny, into the laundry where it was darkest ...

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
