What exactly is this picture showing?  Is it a single set of blue and gray TaiHao double-shots?  It looks like there are extra blue caps so is it a mix-and-match of two sets?  I don't see any mention of these keycaps in the poll.  I'm confused.

Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but those greys are stock ducky dyesubs and not part of any tai hao set. Picture is just showing you how it would look if you mixed the blue tai haos with some stock grey keycaps.

I thought they looked like Ducky dye-subs, but I was confused because the blues in that picture look darker than the TaiHao blues in the picture above it.  I guess I'm mistaken.

What about the end of this month?
Production takes around 8weeks and I still need to sort them out
300 moq should be easy and let's not make this too long

Does it make much if a difference to cost? Blister packs seem safer for postage and handling.

Have you got a plan in place for missing keys etc? Maybe get ask tai hao to include a few extra sets as replacement stock.

The package I got from Elton in the last GB was 3 ziplock bags in a cardboard box of an almost perfect size. I guess if you can't get really well fitting boxes then blister packs could be better.

Yes  $1 difference

The package I got from Elton in the last GB was 3 ziplock bags in a cardboard box of an almost perfect size. I guess if you can't get really well fitting boxes then blister packs could be better.

I can get different of sizes of box from post office in HK
the smallest one can take 2 packs of blister packed keycaps with 1-2 pack of add-on pack i guess (but they will be kind of pressed)
but ziplock should be easier to put in a carton box, less volume

so blister packing looks better, and give better protection to the keycaps
but it is $1 more expensive and increases the shipping cost (packing material and shipping cost cuz it takes more volume)

This is how the blister packing looks

The blister packs do look better/safer.  How much would it increase shipping costs?

each blister pack has dimension of  130*60*90 mm
The part im considering is when Taihao ship me the keycaps

I quoted a shipping cost of around 1500 sets of ANSI in blister pack
we will use around 41 cartons
if we ship them in ziplocks, i think we can save A LOT of cartons

and for the part when i send them to you guys,  it should not be a big problem, just a difference of 1 usd too,

we can open the GB to collect orders first, with the shipping price we have at the moment
cuz its the highest shipping cost we're gonna have anyway, changes will only lower the cost for us

I would prefer using ziplocks...
shouldnt raise the price of this GB too much
and if its fine when elton send u guys the keycaps
there shouldnt be any problem for this time

I can also use bubble mailer when we uses ziplocks too
generally i think ziplocks should be enough
