Sorry if this has been asked already. If the white universal plate is unavailable because it doesn't reach MOQ, can I request a refund for that amount in the notes section of the order form?

Yes, SEPA is a bank transfer and it's suitable for UK buyers as the UK is a state member of the EU (albeit it's not in the eurozone).
Fees depend mainly on your bank and conversion rates, for you'll be issueing the payment in pounds but it will be converted to euros.

Kind of a noob question that follows, but do I only need to change Enter/LShift keycap (think I'll have extra from Feng's GB) and switch PCB position if I want ISO (since I used ISO since forever, never did use ANSI).

Also, any recommendations for wood cases and appropriate wrist rests that'll match the case?

All the stabilizer inserts and bases are exactly the same, the only difference is for the length of the wires for the space bars that could be either for 7u or 6.25u, all the other modifiers that require stabilizers take the same wire length that is 2u, including the ISO key cap, but it is mounted vertically instead of horizontally for ANSI enter.

Guys, I changed my order to carbon fibre and and black pcb, but I am still contemplating myself on adding another HHKB Orange Plate to match Orange PCB. Can someone help me on finding the case for this combination?

Just to clarify

there are 3 LED spots on the keyboard

1x SMD switch leds

1x normal switch leds

1x side/under leds

The presoldered resistors cover the side/under leds spots and one of the top spots.

No LEDs come presoldered.

Shipping from EØS, not the European Union. I'm in Norway. I think the same export rules apply though.

Since LeandreN is located in Norway, goods are actually shipped from EEA (European Economic Area) rather than EU (European Union).

Correct. Norway is EFTA member (European Free Trade Association) and it has the same trading benefits of EU members.
That means that you won't pay any customs duties as goods shipped from Norway are not actually exported but dispatched.
