There is a particular time at which the best offer will be accepted, and you can make further offers at any point before that time. From what I could determine through the forums here it was a keycap made by tinlong117 from a real bullet shell (metal jacket?). So it's a mold made to fit the shell with a cherry mx stem that's a part of the mold. The mold itself may be glued to the metal cap, but the stem itself is a part of the mold, not glued to it.
