So this is my first time installing key caps on a Costar stabilizer board and apparently SP has loose holes for the white stabilizer inserts and that's causing me a bit of trouble... help!

Cut a plastic bag and use them as shims for the white inserts

Shims? Like slipping them into the hole and using it to hold them up into the key cap?

Take the plastic, lay it over the stem hole, insert white insert. Bam! :D

don't forget the longer part of your inserts must be oriented north

@OP:
have you managed to do the spacebar right?
What was the problem?

Yes I managed to get everything done right a few minutes after I posted this up. Well, at first I didn't realize that both stabilizer inserts had to be facing north and then I couldn't get it to sit right over the switch, but everything is good now. Thanks for checking up :)
