Registered, because I am super excited about this set. Just curious regarding the spacebars - in the description it says it supports FC660M, but some Leopolds have different spacing for the stems. Will the spacebar having support these different spacings? It'd be nice to have but not holding my breath.

The original version of the FC660M's had the space bar's stems in non standard positions; so, if you have one of those these bars will not fit it. No standard space bar does. When I had one of those boards I got some PBT blank sets at Tai Hao that carry compatible space bars.

Alright that makes sense, I figured that might have been the case. I'm okay with leaving the spacebar as is (or possibly modding a spacebar to work). Thanks for the response... now just waiting for that price update.

It was really unfortunate that those nice boards were built with such a glitch, actually that was the main reason I sold it, it was really annoying not being able to use full sets with it, the other non standard features are that you will need two 2.25u shifts and 1u window or similar key for the bottom row, while these are not as annoying like the space bar issue, they are still silly.

The updated version of the FC660M is known to use standard stems 6.25 space bar; thus, any standard space bar of that size would fit it, including GMK's that are standard, also. Very few space bars fit the stem positions of the original FC660M.

Here is a picture of the sample I owned that shows the stems and a picture of the space bars that I had that fits it, I found that neither GMK nor SP space bars fit it.

Space bars that fit the odd stems of the original FC660M, the gray one is the original Leopold one, the white above it fits them, as well as the black one, the other white is from a Skull Squadron set that as you can see does not fit the stems.

Yea I just paid $130 a few weeks ago for Keyboard & Co GMK which had basically the exact same keys included as this one does - $150 doesn't sound unreasonable to me personally, it's expensive of course but GMK is expensive.

Oh yea, you're right, my bad I was just saying it off memory - you have more layout flexibility and a few extra top row keys, yep.

Wasn't accounting for the tray, still, even if it didn't include it the price would still be very competitive, especially if 250 sets are reached for both the base and novelties with Nestea and the Chinese community's help. Plus the stickers, let's not forget the godlike stickers!

Exactly this.  A lot dropping this month- keyboards and keysets.  And I have to save for Nantucket Selectric too.   Now, I'm glad I didn't get Ice Cap!
