i hardly, if ever, look down at my keyboard so it doesn't really matter. it does confuse the hell out of people that try to use it tho... and thus they don't get near my computer :D

Thats awesome haha :D I ordered blanks from EK hope they get in stock soon ;P

Ouch.. That's painful. Glad that you manage to get back a HHKB. Honestly, I often asked myself why I needed 5 keyboards(!) and have a few key caps on its way. Sigh.

Well, if you get an HHKB, you can actually save money, because you will find that you need only one keyboard.

I can't imagine what the whites would look like, I'm just rockin' the all blacks (and typing this on ninja QFS).
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Awesome, I am doing exactly the same! What do you think of the Leopold FC210TP? I'm about to buy the white one to match the white HHKB :)

I wanted a Realforce 23U but they seem to be pretty difficult to find, not to mention expensive.

Awesome! :) the Leopold is fantastic!!! It is built great, the stabilizers under the keys are way better then my rosewills number pad. I didn't know they made white cases, where can you find those? I have white blank keys coming for that as well but not pbt unfortunately :( I'd like pbt though! I was going to get the 23u but now I'm glad I didn't find one because the Leopold is way smaller like the hhkb and I can rock my mx caps!

That first pic, those gray modifiers reminded me of blocks of clay from Minecraft, for some reason.
