Hello

I have read on GeekHackWiki that this keyboard is "terminal-only".
...and I'm wondering if there is a way to make it work with my PC through ps2 cable.

You can, with Soarer's WYSE Converter firmware and a Teensy 2.0 or similar, but using USB, not PS2

so without this device I can do nothing? Its impassible to get in my country, and a bit too expensive.

You can use any ATmega 32u4 device, so one that's a bit more easy to get where you live, such as the arduino pro micro chinese clones would work as well, but are harder to set up.
