(This picture is the back of the PCB, don't be confused as the front is a bit boring)
This is an interest check for a replacement PCB for the G80-3700 numpad.
Features
- USB-C connector
- ESD protection
- Reset button accessible through PS/2 hole
- Pads to solder a USB cable to
- Supports a rotary encoder on the top right switch
- Numlock LED
- Based on the good 'ol ATmega32u4
I will probably do a group buy on my store based on the interest in this PCB.
They could also be used in other projects if you feel like doing so. Obviously those would be sold with all necessary components presoldered.
Prototypes have yet to be made but please let me know what you think of it and if you're interested, of course.
Also thanks to ISO_returns for letting me borrow his G80-3700

Just googled the key pad - wow this is like what I want out of a keypad.

Yes please!
Is there any way it can have macro programming capability like the original? Not a deal breaker at all for me if not possible.

QMK can do so much ;)

Interested in this, or if it doesn't go to GB, would happily print and assemble a PCB if you opensource the files.

Great idea. Also hoping that g80 3000 would come to group buy!

Any updates on this? Still very interested.
