Keyboard Cult subforums
« on: Wed, 04 November 2015, 15:52:07 »
We should have a subforum so cult members can discuss their various cults.  The Cult of Topre, the Cult of IBM, the Cult of Alps mount, Cult of Korean customs, etc.  That way, it would be easier for us to identify with and find our various Cults.
Wish I had some gif or quote for this space, but I got nothing

What about the threads that say 'post your korean keyboard', 'post your topre keyboard' or 'post your bs keyboard'??

I mean technically they are in the media subforum but people just post in them anyway.

I never go the media subforum, so I don't know really know what happens there.  The threads with hundreds of pages about posting whatever scared me off long ago.

Then we would be getting unwanted visitors from my state's senator.  No thanks.

I forgot the Cult of Artisans, which needs to be accompanied by help lines for those with collecting and financial issues. Actually, those probably be on the front page of the forum.

The KKK cult, that appears to be related with some dark ages and full of angry and sadness and the worst illness of the society: Discrimination.

Just create churchs

There is only one Church!
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Keyboards are already a cult, what you are talking about is subcults and that exists in the "Post your ________" threads
