I haven't even bought the candy yet. No point in buying early or in large amounts here--the office at our apartment complex prefers children not trick or treat in our neighborhood for annoyance/potential safety reasons, and throws parties for both the children and adults instead. That said, there's usually one or two families who do show up, so we usually buy at least one or two small bags just in case, but really, most parents in the area have moved on to parties like our office throws or Trunk or Treat (which our office does at times), as both are easier to supervise than trick or treating.
