sixkeyboard techkeys problem
« on: Wed, 06 March 2019, 12:30:03 »
Hi,

i just purchased the sixkeyboard form techkeys.us

It is recognised and installed by windows 10. So far, so good.
When i try to program it, by using, an editor, then holding down any button for 5sec, nothing happens. Except the cursor stops flashing.

A closer look into the driver showed me that, unlike other devices the driver for the 6KB could NOT be migrated. That is bad.

In the Drivers events History it says:

Device HID \ VID_16C0 & PID_047C \ 7 & 7fed971 & 2 & 0000 was not migrated due to a partial or ambiguous match.
ID of the last device instance: HID \ VID_04D9 & PID_1512 & MI_01 & Col03 \ 8 & 178b9814 & 0 & 0002
Class GUID: {4d36e96b-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
Location Path:
Migration rank: 0xF000F000FFFFF100
Available: false
Status: 0xC0000451

Has this happend to anyone else? Did any of you guys fix this problem?
