Is the layout possible with the included pcb? or would i have to get an extra pcb for split backspace?

The solder and hotswap both support the same layout, yes.

I'd be into a 65%. There was the Maker Phantom last year, but it didn't have a weight. The new CK Bakeneko 65 is a miss with that solid blocker and questionable zinc weight. I haven't seen a good CNC/ano/weight 65% Bakeneko yet...

There's nothing wrong with a blocker, it's the fact that they didn't mill underneath it - it's just a solid post which the O ring has to stretch around rather than go underneath as with the reference Bakeneko or the Maker Phantom.

The zinc by many accounts just doesn't sound "good," although your mileage may vary, of course. Brass will likely carry  different sound signature. The zinc weight of the CK Bake 65 is also quite roughly finished so maybe that affects the sound as well (although I doubt it).
