I'm still waiting on the invoice. I wrote MK on monday, they were busy but wanted to wrap things up. Haven't heard back since.
Next monday I'll try again but as of now they are still at MK.
I'll send an address confirmation email this weekend to all participants so they will be shipped as soon as possible when they arrive.

What happened with this? I got reminded after seeing someone mention r0/r5
I had to wait a long time on the invoice and then again some to have it shipped from MK. It wasn't automatically processed because it was a manual order.
All orders were sent off the same day I received the keycaps, last Friday. I also added some extra keycaps.
Everyone should have received them by now or they will arrive within the next few days. The tracking numbers were added to the Paypal invoices tied to the respective orders.
