Will the topre pcb be run with qmk/via? Would a full rshift be possible so that people who wanted to use stock caps could gut multiple realforces to do so?

Yes topre pcb will be QMK/VIA/VIAL, the prototype which I am using right now has VIAL enabled firmware.

As for full shift, I can revisit that and see if I can make it an option but no guarantees it will be possible for my PCB at this time.
