Yup, the remainder of the keys will fit perfectly fine =)  The textless mods and esc are from the German EU doubleshots.  You'll get the normal ones (or whoever the winner is)

Making my life "difficult".  #14 - $55

Note: I thought about a 1 dollar bid, but that's more detrimental to me than anything.
I'll make your life easy...

I had a sudden change of mind when I realized I bid $50 on something that serves no other purpose than to dangle from your car keys...

Does this mean I only have to pay $40 now?  (Please don't think I was holding any real emotion, btw.  That's what the quotes were for)

If CLiB rescinds his bid, then sure =)

Dang, I was hoping he would because I'm having the same regrets he did, only with paying even more for the same thing.

What is the difference between forum time and the countdown time?

Countdown timer is for people who don't know how to tell time between timezones =)  So I put up a link to help those people know how much time is left until the auction ends.

The forum time will dictate actual bids.  Meaning, in the last few minutes of the auction, do not use the countdown timer to figure out when to snipe a bid.  The scenario that keeps popping into my head is someone will complain that they put the bid in when the countdown timer still had a few seconds left, yet the forum time shows that it was a few seconds over.  The forum time, in this scenario, will reign supreme and that person who put in the bid a couple seconds late is SOL =)

Are you suggesting that there are people in their right mind in this forum?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

TBH, I remembered I should be getting a ducky keychain with my YoTD that's in the mail, too.

I was just getting it to feel how topre switches felt to see if I could be swayed to the dark side.

Isn't it weird how two people think differently? I'm going to just buy a HHKB to see if I can be swayed to the dark side as opposed to a keychain... |:

Word.  Forget the keychain.  Just get a board.  You're going to do it eventually anyway :)

Initially I did it because I was going to be out of town for a long time, but now I'm thinking that wasn't a great idea lol...
