Gonna second what Alas said. This kitting is a mess and those centered mod legends look so off on Cherry profile. An IC would have remedied all of this. Also doesn’t KBM allow for full set samples before GB? Given the amount of reverse dyesub and multi-color caps here why wasn’t that done?

Hi. Appreciate the feedback, will be working with our manufacturer to adress and contrast kitting with similar sets to fix spots left out due to my inexperience. And while I do acknowledge that feedback was submitted to the set they were a) Adressed as they came to the extent possible b) Rarely submitted to the official interest check post or c) Harder to solve like "Fix your kitting" as this left us with more questions than answers and attempts to further inquire were met with similar responses.

With the asymmetrical design used this set has been challenging to kit for as a 1 to 1 copy from similar sets in its category would prove insufficient and often egregiously lacking. With that in mind the decision was made to proceed as making minor tweaks and checking back like a barometer was becoming very labour intensive and yielded minimal results.

All that aside the legend work made by KBM is top of the line with clear legibility and spacing, as well as the rendering tools provided by krk so commenting on it would seem inappropiate and out of place on my part.

I genuinely appreciate the feedback and look forward to developing this set as much as possible in the timeframe left to us.

I'll be blunt. Your 40s kit is so bad that I would be shocked if you sold more than three. Those three would be the poor souls who neglected to check for compatibility.

There are no 2u spacebars, there's an extra pipe and question mark key on the wrong rows, and you don't even have an accent escape that would be useful on a 40. R1 is for maybe three boards that people actually use. You should also include at least a 6.25u spacebar, probably a 7u one as well.
If you want to get a little more inclusive with your kitting, 2x3u would be great too.

As it is, your 40s kit supports maybe four keyboards.
