You are right, but in this case Brazilian postal system was entirely avoided as they were sent via DHL.

Seems like everything cleared without issue despite DHL requesting paper commercial invoices (which I had to attach on the bottom of the box )). Brazil DHL also seems to have missed the "out for delivery" scan, haha.

Can't beat that Friday shipping ->Monday delivery time

You mean inside the body of the switch? I haven't. I think I might have some at home, so I can give it a go when I get off work and let you know (if I can find the leds, of course)

Just tried it. Works just fine. There's even a little bit of wiggle room up/down and side/side when looking at it from the top.

So taint hairs are pubes. That is clearly the errogenous (sp?) zone. B-hole hairs may be, too, depending on your kinks.

And somehow I have nice armpits. They never smell and I don't use antiperspirant. I guess they are pretty damn hot.

The plate arrived and I learned how to solder. Beautiful switches - a pleasure to work with. The new gateron mold for the tops is great (I've only had experience with the ones that had that catching issue). PCB mount pins are a bit tight on my FaceW but not a big deal. Only vexing issue I had was with the space bar switch which stuck a bit - bit of lube fixed it right up.

You will. If you'd like them to leave it at your doorsteps, just tape a piece of paper to your door with the waybill #, instructions to leave at door and name+signature at the bottom.

Thanks for sharing! Winkeyless/Sprit PCBs have a slightly smaller PCB mount hole meant for Cherry switches, so that's why they feel tighter. On other boards with "standard" holes, they fit in perfectly snug.

I almost regret fitting them into my FaceW, with holes so tight, but the deed is done. Each switch has an LED inside, pink for WASD + Esc, sky blue for HJKL, cyan for the rest.

My fingers may not be able to fing after this one... If they can, the 120g spring I put in the spacebar will give at least me thumbs a workout!

I've put sip sockets in my zealios. Could I ask you to add a picture of how long you cut the legs of the leds down to? I'm not sure how much I should cut mine...

You'll notice the rectangular, flattened, enlarged area on each leg. I trimmed my legs just above that point, so that the trimmed LED has even and uniform legs. You'll have a hell of a time trying to insert that flattened leg into SIP sockets (I bent a lot of LEDs trying to force them into the sockets), but if you cut it too short, they'll just fall out randomly. Trimmed exactly at that point, almost all of my LEDs stayed in after I used a pair of pliers to gently press them into the sockets.

Wow, are you saying they actually fixed this? All of my Gateron Blacks had this issue. I spent the last weekend desoldering one of my QFR YET AGAIN to change all the Gateron switch tops to original Cherry switch tops.
I had this issue only with Cherry keycaps, but it was so annoying, because I really prefer Cherry profile. Really made me hate Gateron.
That'd be so awesome if they actually changed that because I feared for my sanity should I discover that the Zealios suffer from this same issue.

I am waiting on a RS84, I guess it will also have the smaller holes?
Well it shouldn't be too big of a problem since I also have a plate to go with it. Should the need arise I could still cut of the legs like I did with my black Gaterons.
But then they would be plate-mount only. Hhm.

I feel like they are. I have the 67g, they're all on a plate right now (I was too eager to wait for the rest of the parts) and I have everything else coming today. Assuming I can find somewhere local to buy a soldering iron and some solder, I'll be able to post impressions tonight/tomorrow!

Started build #1 of Zealios last night.  Realized the PCB needs diodes.  RIP.  It's been way too long since I purchased that board, lol.  (diodes are on the way, don't worry  ) )
