Title: dz60 unplug and replug issue

Hi all,

I got a tofu60, which is my first custom keyboard. I have had the following issue and was wondering if you guys had any fixes for it.

1. When unplugged and re-plugged, my keyboard doesn't work until I restart my computer

That is strange, more info can't be a bad thing :)

What firmware is on the board?  Does it work if you plug it in to a different USB port?  What operating system are you running?
