Opinion on IBM keyboard

Hi. I'm looking for mechanical keyboards in my country, but they're very rare, and due to custom's policies now is becoming difficult and very very expensive to buy abroad. I found a cheap IBM keyboard (for some terminal) on sale here (http://articulo.mercadolibre.com.ar/MLA-500500787-teclado-ibm-model-m-para-terminales-1390250-_JM) but it says it comes without any wires and it only has a proprietary connector. Is this one really a mechanical? Do you know what kind of connector does it probably have? Will it work on a new computer?

The 1390250 is a 122 key terminal keyboard, not a 102 as shown in that picture.

Here's a thread (in spanish no less) with people discussing this, and it has that same exact picture of the 102 in your listing:
