They're mostly the lighter shades of green, but VAT seems a little too light. I say VCM looks closest.

VCJ and VCM both work as accurate colors, hard to choose which one would be better.

For profile I am in for anything SA, 3 or 1.

Too bright. I don't get the Creeper vibe from that color. Creepers are more earthen in tone (though it's been a few years since I've touched Minecraft). I'd go with VCM if we want to have a vibrant green.

VAT looks too yellow to be a creeper color in my opinion. VCM does look the closest overall.
I could see VAT as an alternate or something though.

I think I will do SA Row 1 first. I will likely just buy a batch and just see how they do. That will help open the door for more profiles...and even more legend choices.
