1.  The winner of the Geekhack giveaway is . . . Darwinmclovin!  The Luggage is a fascinating piece of wizardry!  I noticed that The Luggage was referenced multiple times in the reddit thread as well, but Mr.  McLovin was the first one to enter the giveaway with that entry and provided a fun explanation as to why he wanted it.  Congrats!  I'll be posting the winner of the reddit side of the giveaway shortly.

2.  The Wizard's Emporium orders will ship this week, and they will be closely followed by shipment of the Cyberlink sale keycaps.

I read about them somewhere during my many years on the internets, I think associated with a D&D post when I was looking for some DM info on enchanted items.  You can never unsee the image of those things hanging in that display

Mystery was an option - it was different than a blind box, however, since the pool of colorways and sculpts for the mystery keys is separate from the pool of keys available in the rest of the sale.

Ahh, that's right.  I skipped it this time cause all my $$ went to specific laser keps. 

Edit: actually I went back and checked my invoice and I was wrong!  I got an Agent 88 cyber core and a mystery laser cap!  Go past me!

He does say the colorway and sculpt is different from the sale, so I'm assuming that it could be almost anything.

Was super excited to see my Wizards Emporium caps today, but when I got home, it was just one Rotty Dog. Although nothing is wrong with it, and I love it, I did pay for four caps from that sale: Shadowcloak - Keybuto/Patriarch/Hugo/Infernus, Faerie Fire - Keybuto/Patriarch/Hugo/Infernus, and Two Vessels of Blindness.

Pretty disappointing to have this happen after seeing (and loving!) the more recent SUK stuff, and this being my first SUK purchase.

Bambino, I sent you an email, and I hope you can help me resolve this.

Folks, I've unfortunately been getting a number of messages from folks who are getting their packages from the Wizard's Emporium sale with the wrong keycaps inside.  It's starting to sink in that many shipping labels were printed incorrectly.  I understand this is a major inconvenience for those of you affected and will kick butt to make sure we get this resolved as smoothly as possible.

I'm working on a solution.  EDIT:  Please fill out this Google Form if you were affected:  REPORTING FORM

I double-checked the shipping labels for the Cyberlink sale and have not found any of the issues that seem to be affecting the Wizard's Emporium shipments.

I ask for your patience as I get this resolved as it's obviously a big issue for both of us to handle!  Thank you!

I had a similar issue.  I was invoiced for the rotty dog duke but got the terrier familiar in the mail.  I hope there’s something we can do to get it resolved.  I sent you an email with my info.


Edit: just saw Bambino’s post regarding the issue.  Bummer that it sounds like it may be widespread.

Just wondering if it was better to preserve the entire package since feels like I'd be getting to choose my blind box which doesn't seem totally fair.

I just want to say that even though my caps came in a little wrong as well I love the way you're handling this so far and the cap that I got that is wrong is really frackin' sweet! Hope you aren't having too hard of a time figuring everything out man, this sucks but we can get through it together!

You can just enter the incorrect keycaps.  This will help me narrow down which ones I need to exchange or return.  Thank you!

I got 2 mystery boxes when I paid for 1 shadowcloak, and as nice as the caps I received are, I don't want to be that guy and keep them. I'd hate for someone to not get what they paid for because of my greed. So just let us know if we need to send them back to you Bambino, or whatever you want us to do.
