20 people???  i'm part of the that list, bill and i really regret not being able to take part in this group buy. i would just like to suggest that all GMK groupbuys should mark up extras so as to not encourage lists like this. i mean 20 people?? that could have been a make or break of a gmk group buy.

We have had this discussion before. It's a very risky idea for the organizer.
It means he has to cover $800 ($40 ? * 20) from his own pocket with no guarantee of getting his money back.
'No Extras' should encourage people to get in on this. Not give the GB organizer an extra headache.

If you are not there when a ship sails it is your own fault. If you miss your plane you have to pay to have your luggage removed and buy a new ticket. It's only fair.

Once I get the package, I'm trying to send out US orders one weekend and international the next.

I'll try to figure out a system to get tracking numbers for you all

I did not set the price, and I'm not keeping all of the profit. Most of it will be invested back into the community through my future group buys or other community projects I am fond of.

im just getting experience when i possibly start a GB if I can set profit and still call it a GB instead of a Vender sale.
