Finally.

(Attachment Link)

Just gotta get that gray Menu key and she's done, externally. I have every colored PBT space bar (orange and green incoming as well), so each artisan will match the space bar.

How did you end up with that set and no grey menu?

Weird, huh? The guy I bought it from said it came like that from the guy he bought it from.
I have a feeling it's going to be harder to obtain than the full set.

Or you could get fendent to make you some red 1.5 mods.

He makes Topper now?

He bought it from me. I gave my original beige AppsKey to KatzenKinder about a year ago so he could make Fn keys, then replaced it with the one from that set probably two months ago after I got tired of looking at a down-arrow key in that spot on my HHKB.

Did you even use the caps? They're pristine. Don't think the other guy used them.

I didn't, no. I bought a keyboard from kudos with the sole purpose of swapping out keycaps (I did wind up cleaning the whole set with denture tabs though because I swapped in like four other keycaps from a JIS-legend beige set). I think both kudos and the guy after me used the keyboard for parts, so you're probably first user for the keycap set.

Better photo soon, but for now this will have to do. Thanks to: Boo for the HHKB, Cookie for the sticker and of course Eat_The_Food for the wonderful half-shell cap!

Haha yeah I finally pulled the trigger on one. After about 3-4 months of the "HHKB itch," I decided it was probably time to get some thock in my life  :)).

Now I'm regretting I didn't join the GB. Are the stickers still available somewhere? Thinking on silencing/lubing mine and adding these stickers (if I could get them) and would be pretty much my end-game board.

Two months into this hobby… Damnit. This is in addition to 2 Pok3rs, which since I got these guys have been relegated to a shelf. Got the Type-S for work, and loved it, so had to get one for home as well, and jumped on this one when I saw it for sale for a good price. I think I prefer the original – it feels crisper, but I think my colleagues will prefer the Type-S :) Oh, and the black one has one of Hasu's controllers (USB) in it – media controls for my gaming PC, yay!

More or less the same that happened to me (except I never got around to trying any other keyboards first). I actually prefer the Type-S, so I had to install Hypersphere's dampening rings in my black Pro 2 (which I'm now using when I'm at the office).

Nice! I've got the same setup with a Type-S for work and two regular ones at home and much like you I prefer the regular ones.

Despite having found my perfect keyboard(s), I keep hoarding though. Once you pop, you can't stop...

I know, it's horrible/wonderful. I really want to try an HHKB with 55g springs too – I'll be going to the U.S. sometime this fall, and fingers are really itching to order a 55g RealForce 87U to have it waiting for me when I get there…
