I don't have any clearance issue with my caps but the ork slips right on/off but I don't think that's anything too major

Yeah, my DWI jack has no friction/snap on a topre stem and slips off with minimal force XD. But the keythulu's underside is pretty narrow and I can feel it rubbing against the switch when depressed

Are you using a cherry clone? The key was designed before different cherry housings were available and may account for any clearance issues.
