The NCR FrankeNiRiS
« on: Fri, 14 September 2012, 19:27:30 »
Got BiNi's keyboard in the mail yesterday, and decided to touch it up.  It's already a modded G81 (G80 innards, G81 chassis) but I did some fine tuning...

- Oiled springs (high-viscosity synthetic oil), lubricated sliders (GPL103 + GPL20x grease mixture)
- Lubricated stabilizers (EK "Mech Lube")
- OEM Cherry 60g springs, Cherry Clear and Black stems
- Polished NCR case with Novus plastic cleaner
- imsto dyesubs + Cherry doubleshots
- ClickClack Tri-Color Skull

Check out the progress:

Enjoy~

modded G81

Is this correct? A G81 can be modded to MX switches? Or was the entire PCB replaced?

g81 case with g80 innards.

not exactly a g81 mod when you just use the case
No, he’s not around. How that sound to ya? Jot it down.
